塔河油田某区块A#计转站就地分水工程节能降耗效果评价

摘要
目前塔河油田某采油厂负责的主体区块产出液均输至A号联集中处理,超负荷严重,污水处理水质不达标,系统运行稳定性差,存在运行成本高及安全环保风险.为了应对产出液上升趋势及水处理系统超负荷等问题,某采油厂通过对A号联上游各区块实施就地分水,减少A号联进站水量,将A号联进站水量控制在其处理能力范围内.目前已在A-1计转站、B-1计转站、C-1计转站实施就地分水,节能降耗效果显著.本文以新建A#计转站就地分水建设工程为例,详细阐述就地分水工程在节能降耗、降低安全环保风险方面的优势以及带来的显著经济效益.
Abstract
At present,the output liquid in the main block of A oil production plant in Tahe Oilfield is transferred to No.A for centralized treatment.The overload is serious,the water quality of sewage treatment is not up to the standard,the system operation stability is poor,and there are high operating costs and safety and environmental protection risks.In order to cope with the rising trend of output liquid and the overload of water treatment system,an oil extraction plant implemented on-site water separation for each upstream block of the A Joint station to reduce the water intake of the A Joint station and control the water intake of the A Station within its treatment capacity.At present,local water distribution has been implemented in A-1 transfer stations,B-1 transfer stations and C-1 transfer stations,and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is remarkable.This paper takes the local water separation construction project of the new No.A#meter transfer station as an example to elaborate the advantages of the local water separation project in energy saving,reducing the risk of safety and environmental protection and the significant economic benefits.
