摘要

随着我国页岩气产量快速增长,页岩气开发的安全风险随着产业规模扩大而增加,生产上新设备、新工艺不断增加,信息化程度不断提高,部分员工无法及时掌握相关新设备、新工艺的操作和管理.页岩气的开采和生产过程中前期排采压力和产水量较高、返砂现象明显,极易冲刷、堵塞导致设备和管线失效.这些问题导致页岩气田"两个现场"风险管控难度增加.只有不断加强"两个现场"的风险管控,才能降低安全事故的发生,保障页岩气开发和生产的健康发展.

Abstract

With the rapid growth of shale gas production in China,the safety risks of shale gas development have increased with the expansion of industrial scale.New equipment and processes in production are constantly increasing,and the level of informatization is constantly improving.Some employees are unable to grasp the operation and management of relevant new equipment and processes in a timely manner.In the process of shale gas extraction and production,the initial discharge pressure and water yield are high,and the phenomenon of sand return is obvious,which is prone to erosion and blockage,leading to equipment and pipeline failure.These issues have increased the difficulty of risk management in the"two sites"of shale gas fields.Only by continuously strengthening risk management and control of the"two sites"can we reduce the occurrence of safety accidents and ensure the healthy development of shale gas development and production.
