摘要

北部湾盆地涠洲组井壁失稳事故频发,井壁失稳后往往导致多个复杂情况连锁反应,少则增加处理时间,多则造成钻具被埋、井眼报废,致使北部湾区域钻井复杂事故发生率一直保持在南海西部乃至中国海洋石油"之首",严重制约北部湾区域钻完井作业.通过理论计算出钻井液安全钻进的密度、预测井壁失稳垮塌周期以及对井身结构进行优化再配合现场钻井液相关工艺措施,提出了如何应对涠洲组井壁失稳的措施,为后续作业提供了思路.

Abstract

the instability accidents of the weizhou formation wellbore in the beibu gulf Basin occur frequently.The instability of the wellbore often leads to multiple complex chain reactions,with some increasing processing time and others causing drilling tools to be buried and wellbore scrapping.As a result,the occurrence rate of complex drilling accidents in the beibu gulf region has always been the highest in the western south china sea and even in china's offshore oil industry,seriously restricting drilling and completion operations in the Beibu Gulf region.This article theoretically calculates the density of drilling fluid for safe drilling,predicts the period of wellbore instability and collapse,and optimizes the wellbore structure in conjunction with on-site drilling fluid related process measures.It proposes measures to deal with wellbore instability in the weizhou formation,providing ideas for subsequent operations.
