摘要

通过对苯乙烯装置换热器进行故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)以及逻辑决断分析,深入分析该装置换热器的功能故障、故障类型并确定维修方式,优化预防性维修工作间隔期并系统综合形成维修大纲,实现对装置换热器设备维修策略的优化.与现行的维修策略相比,经由以可靠性为中心的维修(下文称RCM)优化而确定的维修策略,有利于缩短维修时间,在确保设备平稳运行的条件下最大程度降低了维修成本,解决了"过修""失修"的现象.通过RCM有效提高了苯乙烯装置换热器维修管理的针对性、实用性、科学性,实现了以最低的维修成本确保装置换热器运行的安全及可靠的目的.

Abstract

By conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)and logical decision analysis on the heat exchanger of the styrene unit in the olefin department,the functional faults and types of faults of the heat exchanger in the unit are thoroughly analyzed,and maintenance methods are determined.The preventive maintenance work interval is optimized,and a comprehensive maintenance outline is formed systematically to optimize the maintenance strategy of the heat exchanger equipment in the unit.Compared with current maintenance strategies,the maintenance strategy determined through reliability centered maintenance(RCM)optimization is beneficial for shortening maintenance time,minimizing maintenance costs while ensuring smooth equipment operation,and solving the problem of"over repair"and"out of repair".Through RCM,the pertinence,practicality,and scientificity of maintenance management for heat exchangers in styrene plants have been effectively improved,achieving the goal of ensuring the safety and reliability of heat exchanger operation at the lowest maintenance cost.
