摘要
运用 Aspen Plus 流程模拟软件,对唐山旭阳苯加氢的加氢油分离工段进行了流程模拟.根据此工段的工艺流程、中控 DCS 操作数据和化验分析数据等,建立与实际相符模拟模型.在此基础上,对苯加氢预技改后的工艺进行模拟,得到相关数据,为装置技改的可行性提供依据.
Abstract
This paper uses Aspen Plus flow simulation software to simulate the flow of Tangshan Xuyang benzene hydrogenation oil separation section.According to the process of this section,the central control DCS operation data and laboratory analysis data,establish the simulation model consistent with the actual.On this basis,the process of benzene hydrogenation after the pre-technical reform is simulated,and the relevant data are obtained to provide a basis for the feasibility of the technical reform of the device.
