摘要

渤海油田深井在钻井过程中钻遇断层、破裂带及火成岩时多次发生失返性漏失,处理难度大、耗时长,增加井控风险的同时影响作业时效.井漏已成为制约钻井作业安全、效率和成本管控的主要问题.本文针对作业风险点,制定了"钻前避漏-钻中防漏-高效堵漏"的作业思路,通过在技术和管理两方面突破,在深层井成功应用,形成了一套渤海油田深层井防漏堵漏的推荐做法.

Abstract

During the drilling process of deep wells in Bohai Oilfield,there are multiple occurrences of lost circulation and leakage when encountering faults,fractured zones,and igneous rocks,which is difficult and time-consuming to handle.This increases the risk of well control and affects the efficiency of operations.Leakage has become a major issue that restricts the safety,efficiency,and cost control of drilling operations.This article has developed a work concept of"pre drilling leak prevention,mid drilling leak prevention,and efficient plugging"for job risk points.Through breakthroughs in technology and management,it has been successfully applied in deep wells,forming a set of recommended practices for leak prevention and plugging in deep wells of Bohai Oilfield.
