Abstract
As an important separation equipment,double falling film crystallizer is widely used in material purification in the process of melt crystallization.It has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,easy operation and so on,and is considered by the industry as a very reliable and economical device.In this paper,the working principle of the double falling film crystallizer is introduced,and the functions and effects of the key components such as crystallizer,expansion tube,film distributor,crystal support plate and built-in heater are discussed.In addition,the successful application of double falling film crystallizer in chemical industry,food and environmental protection is demonstrated through practical application cases.
