摘要

离心压缩机是乙烯装置的核心设备,苛刻工况文丘里管作为压缩机流量控制,是其正常工作的关键部件,直接影响机组的运行效率.乙烯装置苛刻工况大口径文丘里管应用于丙烯压缩机一段流量测量,口径大、介质低温,机械制造难度大,直接参与乙烯三机防喘振控制,精度要求高,在该工况下的文丘里管应用目前暂没有国产应用业绩,就目前国内苛刻工况文丘里现状,主要技术参数与国外装备对比,国产化的难点、创新点等相关内容进行论述、分析,提出可行性方案.

Abstract

Centrifugal compressors are the core equipment in ethylene plants,and the critical service Venturi tubes,as flow control devices for compressors,are key components for their normal operation,directly affecting the operational efficiency of the units.Large-diameter Venturi tubes for harsh conditions in ethylene plants are used for flow measurement in the first stage of propylene compressors.With their large size and low-temperature medium,they pose significant challenges in mechanical manufacturing and directly participate in the control of the three-machine anti-surge system for ethylene.High precision is required.Currently,there is no domestic application performance for Venturi tubes under such conditions.This paper discusses and analyzes the current status of Venturi tubes for harsh conditions in domestic plants,compares the main technical parameters with foreign equipment,and presents discussions on the challenges and innovations in localization,as well as proposing feasible solutions.
