摘要

研究以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为主料的抗静电聚乙烯配方中炭黑和单甘酯两种不同抗静电剂的效果,及其对材料的拉伸性能的影响.研究发现,添加炭黑和单甘酯都能使材料表面电阻率显著下降,添加3份炭黑、2份单甘酯配方的HDPE材料,综合性能最佳.

Abstract

In this paper,the effect of carbon black and monoglyceride,two different antistatic agents in the antistatic polyethylene formula with high density polyethylene(HDPE)as the main material,and its effect on the tensile properties of the material were studied.It was found that the addition of carbon black and monoglyceride can make the surface resistivity of the material decrease significantly,and the HDPE material with 3 parts of carbon black and 2 parts of monoglyceride has the best comprehensive performance.
