摘要
以4,4-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)作为二胺单体,3,3',4,4'-联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)作为二酐单体,TiO2作为改性填料,N-甲基砒咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂,通过常规的两步法经热亚胺化合成了TiO2改性的聚酰亚胺结构胶.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征了聚合物的结构;热重(TG)表明,所合成的聚酰亚胺具有良好的热稳定性,在N2气氛中起始降解温度接近492℃,添加TiO2的胶黏剂质量保持率大于50%.单搭接拉伸剪切测试结果表明,所得聚酰亚胺结构胶对不锈钢片的室温粘接强度(LSS)高达15 MPa,250℃下的拉伸剪切强度达10.35 MPa.
Abstract
The TiO2-modified polyimide structural adhesive was synthesized by thermal imide using 4,4-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA)as diamine monomer,3,3',4,4'-biphenyl tetrahydride(BPDA)as dianhydride monomer,TiO2 as modified filler and n-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)as solvent by conventional two-step process.The structure of the polymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Thermogravimetric(TG)showed that the synthesized polyimide had good thermal stability.The initial degradation temperature was close to 492℃in N2 atmosphere,and the quality retention rate of the adhesive with TiO2 was greater than 50%.The results of single lap tensile shear test show that the obtained polyimide structural adhesive has a high LSS of 15 MPa at room temperature and 10.35 MPa at 250℃.
