摘要
在精细化工生产中,尤其是在溴系阻燃剂化工行业生产中,存在强氧化性、强酸/强碱等强腐蚀性、高渗透性、溶剂性、高温环境等特殊工况对过滤装置的需求.通过提出一系列的措施针对上述特殊工况,对过滤器进行改进和设计,以达到工业化应用的目的.
Abstract
In the production of fine chemicals,especially in the chemical industry of brominated flame retardants(NBFRs),there is a demand for filtering devices under special working conditions such as strongly oxidizing,strong acid/strong alkali corrosion,highly corrosive,high permeability,solvent,and high temperature environments.This paper proposes a series of measures to improve and design filters for special working conditions,in order to achieve industrial application purposes.
