摘要
脂肽类抗真菌药物是β-1,3-D-葡聚糖合成酶的非竞争性抑制剂,主要作用于念珠菌属和曲霉菌属等.目前已经上市或在研发阶段的产品包括卡泊芬净、阿尼芬净、米卡芬净、雷扎芬净、氨基康定等.该类药物都是源自微生物发酵,先获得天然脂肽类化合物,再经化学方法进行结构修饰而来.从化合物的微生物来源,工艺等方面对这几个具有代表性的抗真菌抗生素的研究进展进行了系统的介绍.
Abstract
lipopeptide antifungal drugs are the noncompetitive inhibiters of β-(1,3)-D-glucan synthase,they mainly act on candida and Aspergillus etc.The products that appeared on the market or under research stage including caspofungin,anidulafungin,micafungin,rezafungin,aminocandin etc..these antifungal drugs are all microbial sources,first obtained the natural lipopeptide compounds,and then modified by chemical methods.this article is systemically introducing advances in the typical antifungal antibiotics of their microbial sources and producing processes.
