在推动药品生产技术领域人才培养阶段,需要将OBE理念融入其中,以OBE理念建设药品生产技术高水平专业群,从而推动产教融合人才培养体系构建,从而为药品生产技术领域发展持续性输送高水平人才.所以,在论文中提出了OBE理念下围绕药品生产技术高水平专业群建设推动产教融合人才培养体系构建对策,用以抛砖引玉.
Abstract
At the stage of promoting the training of talents in the field of drug production technology,it is necessary to integrate the OBE concept into it,to construct a high-level professional group of drug production technology with the OBE concept,so as to promote the construction of the training system of the integration of industry and education,thus,it can provide high-level talents for the continuous development of pharmaceutical production technology.Therefore,in this paper,we put forward the strategy of constructing the talents training system of integration of industry and education around the construction of high-level specialty group of drug production technology under the concept of OBE,which can be used for Tossing out a brick to get a jade gem.
