摘要

氯化钡是一种重要的化工原料,其生产过程中产生了大量的钡渣,属于危险固体废物.对周边环境造成严重污染的同时,对于人体也会产生不同程度的损害.以张化厂固体堆场设计为例,依托该场地调研情况和地质情况,根据生态环境部发布的《危险废物填埋污染控制标准》(GB 18598-2019)中要求,制定了切实可行的固废堆场设计和实施方案,解决了场地有限、废渣占地面积大等问题,最大限度利用了现有场地,减少了工期.

Abstract

Barium chloride is an important chemical raw material,and a large amount of barium residue is generated during its production process,which belongs to hazardous solid waste.While causing serious pollution to the surrounding environment,it can also cause varying degrees of damage to the human body.Taking the design of the solid waste storage yard in Zhanghua Plant as an example,based on the investigation and geological conditions of the site,and in accordance with the requirements of the"Pollution Control Standards for Hazardous Waste Landfill"(GB 18598-2019)issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment,a practical and feasible design and implementation plan for the solid waste storage yard has been developed,solving the problems of limited site and large waste residue area,Maximizing the utilization of existing site and reducing construction period.
