Determination of Available Potassium and Available Phosphorus Content in Alkaline Soil of High-Altitude Canyon Mining Areas in Northwest Yunnan
Soil available potassium and phosphorus are important indicators for measuring soil potassium and phosphorus.Accurately analyzing the content of soil available potassium and phosphorus has important reference value for ecological restoration, rational fertilization, soil improvement, yield increase, environmental protection, and human health investigation and research in geochemical surveys.Using the soil of the high-altitude canyon mining area in northwest Yunnan as the research background, the content of available potassium and available phosphorus in 123 soil samples collected for inspection was determined.NH4HCO3 with a pH value of 7.5 was used for extraction, centrifugation was used for separation, and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)was used for determination. The detection limit of the method was 0.015 mg/kg of available potassium and 0.006 mg/kg of available phosphorus; The relative error of the selected standard substance is less than 2%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 5%.This method has low detection limit, wide linear range, shortened pre-treatment process, reduced cost and improved efficiency, accurate and stable results, and is environmentally friendly. It can be used for the determination of soil available potassium and available phosphorus in large-scale production in the laboratory.
