本研究以磷铁渣为原料,采用溶解、共沉淀、煅烧三段工艺法制备电池级磷酸铁,对共沉淀最佳工艺参数进行研究.结果表明:反应时溶液铁磷摩尔比为1:1.0、反应pH为1.0、反应温度为80℃,反应时间为5 h,制备的磷酸铁铁磷摩尔比为0.97,经高温煅烧后能得到合格的电池级磷酸铁[2].
Abstract
This study uses phosphorus iron slag as raw material and adopts a three-stage process of dissolution,co precipitation,and calcination to prepare battery grade iron phosphate.The optimal process parameters for co precipitation are studied.The results showed that during the reaction,the molar ratio of iron to phosphorus in the solution was 1:1.0,the reaction pH was 1.0,the reaction temperature was 80℃,the reaction time was 5 hours,and the prepared iron phosphate iron to phosphorus molar ratio was 0.97.After high-temperature calcination,qualified battery grade iron phosphate could be obtained.
