介绍陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司延安石油化工厂2万t/a废酸再生(SAR)装置是25万t/a烷基化装置的重要组成部分,自2019年首次开工运行至今,运行过程中先后出现了工艺管道、膨胀节及熔盐换热器的腐蚀泄漏,反应器压降过大等诸多问题,严重影响了装置平稳长周期运行.着重分析问题原因,通过材料升级、优化操作及改进催化剂的分布等对症下药,依次解决各个问题.如此,装置的平稳运行周期相比开车初期大大加长,不仅保证了装置长周期运行的目标,而且确保了烷基化油的稳定市场供给.
Abstract
Introduction of 20 000 tons/year of waste from Yan'an Petrochemical Plant of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum(Group)Effective Liability Company.The acid regeneration(SAR)unit is an important component of the 250 000 ton/year alkylation unit,which was first opened in 2019 since its operation,there have been corrosion leaks in the process pipelines,expansion joints,and molten salt heat exchangers.There are many problems such as excessive pressure drop in the reactor,which seriously affect the stable and long-term operation of the device.This article focuses on analyzing the question.By upgrading materials,optimizing operations,and improving the distribution of catalysts,we can solve each problem in a targeted manner,Item issue.In this way,the stable operating cycle of the device is greatly extended compared to the initial driving period,which not only ensures the long operation of the device.The goal of periodic operation is to ensure stable market supply of alkylated oil.
