摘要

低温会导致天然气管道焊接工艺以及管道材料性能不稳定,对管道的结构完整性和安全性提出了极大的挑战.为应对这一问题,相关从业人员采取一系列提升焊接质量策略,提高天然气长输管道安全性与可靠性.以中安信资轮库输气管道项目为例,基于低温环境对焊接质量的影响,从材料预热、焊接工艺优化、焊缝无损检测三个方面入手,确保该项目在低温环境下焊接质量符合设计要求,为长输管道的安全运行提供了可靠的技术支持.

Abstract

Low temperature can cause instability in the welding process and material properties of natural gas pipelines,posing great challenges to the structural integrity and safety of pipelines.To address this issue,relevant practitioners have adopted a series of strategies to improve welding quality and enhance the safety and reliability of natural gas long-distance pipelines.takes the Zhongan Xin's capital wheel library gas pipeline project as an example,based on the impact of low-temperature environment on welding quality,starting from three aspects:material preheating,welding process optimization,and non-destructive testing of welds,to ensure that the welding quality of the project meets the design requirements in low-temperature environment,providing reliable technical support for the safe operation of long-distance pipelines.
