摘要

管道是当前石油化工领域开展原材料传输作业的重要载体,在生产运输等环节得到了广泛的应用.而压力管道作为其中极为关键的一部分,主要可用于各类可燃、易爆等物质的传送工作,存在一定的危险性.若是发生管道穿透、腐蚀、泄漏等问题,不仅损害企业本身的经济效益,同时也会对周边广大群众的生命健康及财产安全造成威胁.基于此,以S市某油库压力管道为例,企业相关管理部门可结合失效故障树对其风险隐患因素进行合理预测,并提出定点压力监测、规范生产操作、加强防水管理、升级防水击系统、牺牲阳极保护阴极、失效因素叠加区定期检测、加强设备管理、定期开展巡检等多种形式,以期充分保障压力管道运行安全,避免发生较为严重的安全事故问题.

Abstract

The pipeline is an important carrier for carrying out raw material transportation operations in the current petrochemical industry,and it has been widely used in production and transportation processes.As a crucial part of it,pressure pipelines can mainly be used for the transportation of various flammable,explosive,and other substances,which poses certain risks.If problems such as pipeline penetration,corrosion,and leakage occur,it not only damages the economic benefits of the enterprise itself,but also poses a threat to the life,health,and property safety of the surrounding masses.Based on this,taking the pressure pipeline of a certain oil depot in City S as an example,the relevant management departments of the enterprise can combine the failure fault tree to make reasonable predictions of its risk and hidden danger factors,and propose various forms such as fixed-point pressure monitoring,standardized production operations,strengthened waterproof management,upgraded waterproof striking system,sacrificial anode protection cathode,periodic detection of failure factor superposition area,strengthened equipment management,and regular inspections.in order to fully ensure the safe operation of the pressure pipeline and avoid serious safety accidents.
