摘要

实验研究了一种炼油厂电脱盐废水催化氧化喷淋塔用催化剂的负载方法,将一定形状的塑料填料加热,填料表面热熔后,与催化剂共混搅拌,催化剂黏附于塑料填料表面,填料冷却后,催化剂能牢固地附着于塑料填料表面.将此塑料填料填于催化氧化塔内的支撑格栅上形成填料层,参与催化氧化反应.该结构形式降低了传统催化剂层的阻力降,改善了喷淋塔中的气液分布条件.

Abstract

This article experimentally investigates the loading method of a catalyst for catalytic oxidation spray tower of refinery desalination wastewater.A certain shape of plastic filler is heated,the surface of the filler is melted,mixed and stirred with the catalyst,and the catalyst adheres to the surface of the plastic filler.After the filler cools down,the catalyst can firmly adhere to the surface of the plastic filler.Fill this plastic filler onto the support grid inside the catalytic oxidation tower to form a filler layer and participate in the catalytic oxidation reaction.This structural form reduces the resistance drop of the traditional catalyst layer and improves the gas-liquid distribution conditions in the spray tower.
