摘要

在对S31608换热管在冷氢化装置中的失效原因进行研究分析,结果表明换热管失效主要为应力和腐蚀性介质Cl共同作用引起的应力腐蚀开裂而失效.

Abstract

This article studies and analyzes the failure causes of S31608 heat exchange tubes in the cold hydrogenation device.The results indicate that the failure of heat exchange tubes is mainly caused by the stress corrosion cracking caused by the joint action of stress and corrosive medium Cl.
