离心式压缩机组的布置研究

摘要
压缩机是工艺生产装置的心脏,特别是离心式压缩机,在化工物料的输送中占据核心位置,而大型离心式压缩机组由于其机型较大,辅机较多,对装置的整体布局影响较大.主通过结合使用工况,综合论述离心压缩机组的布置及配管,在满足工艺要求的前提下,经济合理的布置好离心压缩机组.
Abstract
Compressor is the heart of the process production facility,especially the centrifugal compressor,which occupies a core position in the transportation of chemical materials.Large centrifugal compressor units have a greater impact on the overall layout of the device because of their larger model and more auxiliary machines.In this paper,the layout and piping of the centrifugal compressor units are comprehensively discussed by combining the working conditions.Under the premise of meeting the technological requirements,the centrifugal compressor units are economically and reasonably arranged.
