高职应用化工技术专业人才培养模式研究与实践——以G职业技术学院为例

摘要
依据国家及地方实施的职业教育文件相关精神,对高职院校应用化工技术专业发展提出高要求.针对G职业技术学院的应用化工技术专业"12345"人才培养模式进行研究,从职业技术素质教育始终贯穿职业教育培养、应用化工技术人才培养实施研究等五个方面进行了具体分析,寻找模式中存在的问题,为完善应用化工技术人才培养方案修订提供思路,为应用化工技术人才创新提供参考.
Abstract
According to the relevant spirit of the national and local vocational education documents,high requirements are put forward for the professional development of applied chemical technology in higher vocational colleges.This paper studies the"12345"talent training mode of applied chemical technology major in G Vocational and Technical College,and makes a specific analysis from five aspects,including the continuous implementation of vocational education and training of applied chemical technology talents,to find the problems existing in the mode and provide ideas for improving the revision of the training plan for applied chemical technology talents.It provides reference for the innovation of applied chemical technology talents.
