离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐([emim]Ac)热稳定性采用非等温和等温热重分析法进行研究,分析了气氛和升温速率(β)等因素对离子液体热稳定性的影响,利用3种等转化率法计算该离子液体的活化能.结果表明:在非等温热重实验中,氮气气氛下,随着升温速率增大,分解速率也会随之增大,但热分解存在热传递滞后现象,升温速率为10℃/min时,氮气气氛下的离子液体特征温度较高较稳定.
Abstract
Thermal stability of 1-ethyl-3-methy limidazolium acetate([emim]Ac)is studied by non-isothermal and isothermal thermogravimetry.The effects of atmosphere and heating rate(β)on the thermal stability of ionic liquids are analyzed.The activation energies of ionic liquids are calculated by using three methods.Results show that decomposition rate increases with the increase of heating rate,a heat transfer hysteresis exist in thermal decomposition in nitrogen atmosphere.When heating rate is 10℃/min,the characteristic temperatures of ionic liquid in nitrogen atmospheres is higher and more stable.
