电子行业的蓬勃发展催生电子级超纯水市场的广阔空间,其纯度直接影响到电子元器件的产品质量及生产成品率,因此电子级超纯水制备是电子行业发展的重要一环.然而,我国在电子级超纯水制备领域面临三大关键难题:一是国内电子级超纯水市场自主调节能力不足;二是设备部件过度依赖进口;三是制水工艺仍有待优化,设备运营成本高.为此,提出三条对应解决思路:一是优化制水工艺流程,提高自主生产能力;二是加快核心设备研发,推动市场应用进程;三是提高智能化水平,精准控制电子级超纯水的品质.
Abstract
The booming development of the electronics industry has given rise to a broad space for electronic ultrapure water market,its purity directly affects the quality of electronic components and production yield,so electronic ultrapure water preparation is an important part of the development of the electronics industry.However,China is facing three key challenges in the field of electronic ultrapure water preparation:first,the domestic electronic ultrapure water market is not enough independent regulation;second,the excessive dependence on imports of equipment components;third,the water production process is still to be optimised,the high cost of equipment operation.To this end,three corresponding solution ideas are proposed:first,optimising the water production process to improve independent production capacity;second,accelerating the research and development of core equipment to promote the market application process;and third,improving the level of intelligence to accurately control the quality of electronic-grade ultrapure water.
