面向热电厂脱硝塔结构优化后的精准喷氨控制方案设计

精准喷氨控制优化方案通过脱硝系统关键参数的变化,将SCR尿素热解喷枪和SCR运行调整作为整体考虑,将原尿素溶液5支喷枪自动调节纳入自动控制方案中,实现喷氨供需系统联调,在保证烟气排放满足环保参数要求的前提下,结合SCR出口NOx准确快速测量、出口氨逃逸快速测量值,实现锅炉不同运行工况下的喷氨自动调节,达到脱硝效率最优化,实现节约喷氨量、减少空预器堵塞、降低一次风机、引风机电耗目的,确保脱硝系统的长期稳定运行.
Towards the Thermal Power Plant's Design of Precise Ammonia Injection Control Scheme After the Structure of Denitrification Tower was Optimized
Through the change of the key parameters of the denitrification system,the SCR urea pyrolysis spray gun and the SCR Operation adjustment are considered as a whole,in order to realize the joint adjustment of the supply and demand system of ammonia injection,the automatic adjustment of five spray guns of the original urea solution was brought into the automatic control scheme,combined with the accurate and rapid measurement of SCR outlet NOx and the rapid measurement of ammonia escape,the automatic adjustment of ammonia injection under different operation conditions of the boiler is realized,and the optimization of denitrification efficiency is achieved,the aim is to save the amount of ammonia injection,reduce the blockage of air preheater,reduce the power consumption of primary fan and induced draft fan,and ensure the long-term stable operation of denitrification system.
