Application of Condensate Recovery in the Treatment of Ternary Precursor Wastewater
According to the requirements for wastewater treatment of ternary precursor materials for lithium batteries, the precursor washing water is combined with the precursor mother liquor through ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis devices. After mixing,it is subjected to stripping, deamination, and MVR evaporation crystallization treatment, ultimately achieving zero emission standards. The low-temperature condensate water from stripping and deamination is reused in the boiler room, the condensate water produced by MVR evaporation crystallization is recycled, and finally cooled back to the primary RO device to prepare pure water for reuse in production. The entire system effectively distributes and utilizes low-temperature condensate, saving energy and reducing consumption, ensuring stable operation of the system.
