摘要

农业、矿业和金属相关工业的发展,场地重金属污染已经成为人们关注的环境问题之一.化学、生物原位修复技术为利用化学投加药剂或生物生命活动,使场地重金属脱离土壤环境或在土壤中失去活性、降低对土壤生态环境和人体健康负面影响的技术,是如今土壤修复技术的重要组成部分.试图通过近年来国内外重金属污染场地原位生化修复的实验室模拟或应用实例,梳理技术的基本思路,总结出技术的待改进处和发展趋势.

Abstract

With the development of agriculture,mining,and metal related industries,heavy metal pollution in sites has become one of the environmental issues that people are concerned about.chemical and biological in-situ remediation technology is an important component of soil remediation technology that utilizes chemical dosing or biological life activities to remove heavy metals from the soil environment or lose their activity in the soil,reducing negative impacts on soil ecological environment and human health.Attempts to sort out the basic ideas of the technology and summarize the areas for improvement and development trends through laboratory simulations or application examples of in-situ biochemical remediation of heavy metal pollution sites both domestically and internationally in recent years.
