Optimization of Synthetic Process of Fluorescent Whitening Agent EBF
The synthesis methods of fluorescent whitening agent EBF were studied and optimized.Firstly the optimal level was determined by single factor test,secondly the main influencing factors were screened out by Plcakett-Burman test design,and then the optimal process conditions were further identified by Box-Behnken design-response surface method.The optimum process conditions for synthesis of fluorescent whitening agent EBF are as followed:The reaction temperature of the 1st stage is 157.5℃,the reaction time of the 2nd stage is 2.8 h,and the amount of solvent(molar weight based on TDA)is 2.0(l/mol).Under these conditions,the synthesis yield is 92.1%,and after large-scale production verification,the yield is 92.2%.
