原油乳化行为和界面性质模拟研究进展

原油开采和加工过程涉及大量油水乳液,在不同工序中需要人为强化或削弱乳液稳定性.而由于原油组成和分子结构的多样性,不同来源乳液稳定性差别大,其稳定机理和影响因素缺乏深入认识,导致强化乳化或破乳过程受到限制,导致一系列生产问题.由于原油组成的复杂性,难以通过实验手段将乳液稳定性与油品组成和性质关联.因此作为实验手段的有效补充,分子动力学模拟在油水乳液研究中起到了重要作用.对原油乳液相关研究进行回顾,着重讨论模拟研究进展,以期为探索乳液稳定性与组分的构效关系提供参考.
Research Progress on Simulation of Emulsification Behavior and Interfacial Properties of Crude Oil
The recovery and refinement of the crude oil involves large quantity of oil-water emulsion.The emulsion stability needs to be enhanced or weakened in different processes.Due to the variation of the crude oil composition and the molecular structure,different emulsion has various stability.The deep insight into the stabilization mechanism and the impact factor in difficult,which hindered the emulsification or the demulsification process promotion.A series of problems still exist in the crude oil production.The complexity of the crude oil makes it difficult to correlate the emulsion stability to the oil composition and structure.Therefore,the molecular dynamics simulation plays an important role as the complementary of the experiment.In this manuscript,the study on the crude oil emulsion is revised,especially about the simulation,so as to provide some reference for the structure-effect correlation between the emulsion stability and the crude oil component.
