摘要

常压装置作为炼油厂的关键装置,其装置管线直径粗、设备尺寸大,重油管线长,加热炉炉管支路和U形弯多,历来停工吹扫难度大,给炼油生产工作带来极大的阻碍.通过实施采取水顶退油、柴油置换、点炉吹扫炉管、装置联动吹扫、VOCs综合治理、钝化除臭等一系列措施,检修设备、管线打开后干净、无存油、无异味,成功实现了安全、绿色停工,满足了环保要求.

Abstract

As the leading device in refineries,the atmospheric pressure device has a thick pipeline diameter,large equipment size,long heavy oil pipelines,and many branch and U-shaped bends in the heating furnace pipes.It has always been difficult to stop and blow,which has brought great obstacles to refining production work.Successfully achieved safe and green shutdown by implementing a series of measures such as water top oil removal,diesel replacement,furnace tube blowing,device linkage blowing,VOCs comprehensive treatment,passivation and deodorization.After opening the maintenance equipment and pipelines,they were clean,free of oil and odors,and met environmental protection requirements.
