摘要
为提升工艺管道的焊接预制质量、提高生产效率,提出高密分输站工艺中施工管道焊接预制工艺的研究与应用.先阐述本工程总概况和预制管道焊接情况;再介绍工艺管道焊接预制工艺流程,并详细说明每个工序的具体操作事项;最后从施工程序、施工工艺参数、施工环境和检验与验收四个方面研究焊接施工应用.通过研究,有效提高了管道焊接预制的质量和效率,为后续管道预制焊接工作提供了参考价值.
Abstract
In order to improve the welding prefabrication quality of process pipelines and to enhance production efficiency,the research and application of construction pipeline welding prefabrication technology in the process of high-density distribution stations were put forward.The general situation of the project and the welding of prefabricated pipes are described.Then introduce the process pipeline welding prefabrication process and explain the specific operation matters of each process in detail;Finally,the application of welding construction is studied from four aspects:construction procedures,construction technological parameters,construction environment and inspection and acceptance.Through the research of this paper,the quality and efficiency of pipeline welding prefabrication are effectively improved,and the reference value is provided for the subsequent pipeline prefabrication welding work.
