摘要
加热炉是油田油气集输的主要耗能设备,热效率是衡量加热炉运行状况的重要参数.通过正平衡法计算加热炉热效率,建立热效率与温升、处理量等运行参数的线性关系,形成负荷效率工况图,指导现场操作人员合理调控运行参数,实现加热炉安全、高效、经济运行.
Abstract
Heating furnace is the main energy consuming equipment of oil and gas gathering and transportation in oil field,and thermal efficiency is an important parameter to measure the operation status of heating furnace.In this paper,the positive balance method is used to calculate the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace,establish the linear relationship between the thermal efficiency and the operating parameters such as temperature rise and processing capacity,form the load efficiency diagram,and guide the field operators to reasonably regulate the operating parameters,so as to realize the safe,efficient and economic operation of the heating furnace.
