论电化学循环水处理设备在化工企业实际应用效果

随着水资源的日益紧缺,环保压力的增加,循环水系统作为企业水资源的主要消耗者,节约循环水和减少排污对企业具有重要的经济利益.对电化学设备在某化工企业6400 m3/h循环量系统中的应用情况进行了技术和经济分析.电化学设备运行后,循环水系统的水质达到了设计要求,且优于《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB/T 50050-2017)的现行国标标准;电化学设备运行后,平均每日减少用水量为324 m3,预期年节水量为11.6万m3;电化学设备运行一个多月累计节约药剂费用超过7000元,预计全年节约药剂费用5万元~7万元.电化学设备在循环水系统中的应用效果良好,在水质控制、节水减排和减少化学药剂使用等方面均有显著效果.
Practical Application Effect of Electrochemical Circulating Water Treatment Equipment in Chemical Enterprises
With the increasing scarcity of water resources and the increasing pressure on environmental protection,the circulating water system,as the main consumer of water resources in enterprises,saves circulating water and reduces pollution,which has important economic benefits for enterprises.Provides a technical and economic analysis of the application of electrochemical equipment in a 6400 m3/h circulation system of a chemical enterprise.After the operation of electrochemical equipment,the water quality of the circulating water system meets the design requirements and is superior to the current national standard(GB/T 50050-2017)for industrial circulating cooling water;After the operation of electrochemical equipment,the average daily water consumption is reduced by 324 m3,and the expected annual water savings are 116000 m3;The electrochemical equipment has been running for more than a month and has accumulated savings of over 7000 yuan in pharmaceutical costs.It is expected to save 50000 to 70000 yuan in pharmaceutical costs throughout the year.The application of electrochemical equipment in circulating water systems has shown good results,with significant effects in water quality control,water conservation and emission reduction,and reduction of chemical agents.
