摘要

实施科教融合,是新时代高等院校提高育人质量与办学水平的重要举措.在长时间的一线教学与科研实践工作中,宿州学院以科教融合为主题主线革新教育理念,打造"一方案、两贯通、全过程、兴趣化"的四位一体协同育人新模式.该模式的设计与实施,全方位提升了化工类专业人才培养水平,充分激发了化工类专业教育在培养创新人才方面发挥的关键作用,同时有利于挖掘教师的教学与科研潜能、强化教师队伍建设.

Abstract

Implementing the science and education integration is an important measure for higher education institutions in the new era to improve the education quality and the schooling level.By long-term frontline teaching and scientific research practical work,Suzhou University has innovated the educational philosophy with the theme of science and education integration.Suzhou University has created a new four-in-one collaborative educational pattern of"one plan,two connections,full process,and interest oriented".By designing and implementing the pattern,the talent-cultivation level in chemical engineering has been comprehensively improved,and the key role of chemical professional education in cultivating innovative talents has been fully stimulated.At the same time,it is conducive to tapping into the teaching and research potential of teachers,and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff.
