甲醇装置水冷串气冷与双水冷反应器运行情况对比

兖州煤业榆林能化有限责任公司600 kt/a甲醇装置合成系统采用鲁奇设计的单台水冷反应器串单台气冷反应器工艺流程.500 kt/a DMMn项目配套甲醇装置合成系统采用华东理工大学双水冷反应器工艺流程.基于两套系统不同工艺流程,通过对庄信万丰型号为KATALCOJM 51-7催化剂在不同反应器内运行情况对比分析,检验水冷串气冷与双水冷反应器实际应用效果.
Abstract
The synthesis system of the 600kt/a methanol plant at Yulin Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.of Yanzhou Coal Industry adopts a process flow designed by Lurgi,which consists of a single water-cooled reactor followed by a single gas-cooled reactor.The synthesis system of the 500 kt/a DMMn project's companion methanol plant uses a double water-cooled reactor process flow designed by East China University of Science and Technology.Based on the different process flows of the two systems,compares and analyzes the operation of the KATALCO JM 51-7 catalyst(model by Johnson Matthey)in different reactors to examine the practical application effects of the water-cooled series gas-cooled and double water-cooled reactors.
