Determination of Oxidation Resistance of Wet Water by Spectrophotometric Method of Fading in Methyl Orange-Fenton System Under Stabilizer
Finton system spectrophotometry is widely used to determine the antioxidant properties of substances, but there is no corresponding standard method for antioxidant properties. The purpose of this study is to establish a method for the determination of antioxidant properties of moisturizing water.Hydroxyl radical produced by Fenton system was captured with methyl orange as the trapping agent, and the antioxidant activity of the sample was detected by spectrophotometer with the clearance rate as the index.Compared with Vc,the method of scavenging DPPH free radical and the recovery rate of added standard were used to verify the accuracy of the method. The scavenging ability of DPPH free radicals of different brands was the same as that of hydroxyl free radicals, and the recovery rate of standard addition also met the requirements of analysis and determination.
