摘要
某炼厂处于湿热海洋大气腐蚀环境影响中,厂区管廊架钢结构螺栓连接板部位出现较严重的腐蚀现象,常规油漆防腐效果不理想,实现不了长效保护.氧化聚合包覆防腐技术克服了油漆涂装防腐的局限性,防护年限长,贴合性高,致密性好,一次到位,综合维护成本低,安全保障性高,是针对像管廊架钢结构螺栓连接板等不规则部位的最佳长效防腐维护方案.
Abstract
A certain refinery is under the influence of humid and hot marine atmospheric corrosion environment.The steel structure bolt connection plate of the pipe rack in the factory area has serious corrosion phenomenon,and the conventional paint anti-corrosion effect is not ideal,which cannot achieve long-term protection.The oxidation polymerization coating anti-corrosion technology overcomes the limitations of paint coating anti-corrosion,with long protection period,high adhesion,good density,one-time completion,low comprehensive maintenance cost,and high safety guarantee.It is the best long-term anti-corrosion maintenance plan for irregular parts such as steel structure bolt connection plates of pipe racks.
