摘要
催化是合成氨生产中的一个重要环节,能显著加快氮化物和氮氢化物的反应速率.针对合成氨催化技术工艺的应用现状和发展趋势进行研究.通过文献总结法,介绍了合成氨的生产工艺及催化机理,并从铁基催化剂、钌催化剂、其他低温活性催化剂3个方面,阐述了合成氨催化技术的应用现状,并指出了催化工艺的未来发展趋势.希望通过本研究,为合成氨工业生产提供参考,促进技术改造和工艺优化,以实现降本增效和安全环保的目标.
Abstract
Catalysis is an important link in the production of synthetic ammonia,which can accelerate the reaction rate of nitrides and nitrogen hydrides.Focuses on the current application status and development trends of catalytic technology for synthetic ammonia.Using the literature review method,the production process and catalytic mechanism of synthetic ammonia are introduced.From three aspects:iron-based catalysts,ruthenium catalysts,and other low-temperature active catalysts,the application status of catalytic technology for synthetic ammonia is explained,and the future development trends of catalytic technology are pointed out.I hope that this study can provide reference for the production of synthetic ammonia industry,promote technological transformation and process optimization,and achieve the goals of cost reduction,efficiency improvement,safety and environmental protection.
