摘要
随着UV固化技术的广泛应用,UV固化油墨的性能优化成为研究热点.光引发剂作为UV固化油墨的关键组分,其效率直接影响到油墨的固化速率和效果.旨在探讨UV固化油墨中光引发剂的效率优化方法,并分析其对固化速率的影响,为UV固化油墨的研发和应用提供理论依据.
Abstract
With the wide application of UV curing technology,the performance optimization of UV curing inks has become a research hotspot.As a key component of UV curing ink,the efficiency of photoinitiator directly affects the curing rate and effect of ink.The aim of this paper is to discuss the efficiency optimization method of photoinitiator in UV-curable inks,and analyze its effect on curing rate,so as to provide theoretical basis for the development and application of UV-curable inks.
