摘要
基于对锂电池结构组成研发的了解,理论优化锂电池当前大部分生产工艺所用工序分步技术,基于对锂电池质量检验流程的了解提出可实操性且提高准确性的细化检验步骤.对现有模型及工艺进行统合,对比其异同并互补改良优化.通过将宏观组备及微观界面筑构与调控结合的方式,提高电池储电性能以及改善续航系统.
Abstract
Based on the research and development of the structure of lithium battery,the step-by-step technology used in most of the current production process of lithium battery is optimized theoretically,based on the understanding of the lithium battery quality inspection process,a detailed inspection process is proposed to improve the practicability and accuracy.The existing models and processes were integrated,and their similarities and differences were compared.The storage performance of the battery and the endurance system can be improved by combining the macro-configuration and micro-interface construction with regulation.
