摘要
钢铁冶金行业的原料转运站、筛焦楼等场所常需洒水设施,但易出现压力不足问题.气压给水设备是常见的稳压增压装置,常用于钢铁冶金行业给水系统.从原理、分类、选型和设计等方面对气压给水设备进行系统论述,并总结了选型及设计等方面的注意事项,还提出了生产、生活、消防给水系统中气压水罐的总容积、调节容积、有效容积的计算公式,并列举了实际应用案例.这些内容可为钢铁冶金行业给水系统中气压给水设备的应用提供技术指导.
Abstract
The raw material transfer station and coke screening building in the iron and steel metallurgy industry often need sprinkler facilities,but easy to appear insufficient pressure.Pneumatic water supply equipment is a common pressure regulator and booster device,which can be used in iron and steel metallurgy industry water supply system.This paper systematically discusses the pneumatic water supply equipment in the water supply system of iron and steel metallurgy industry from the aspects of principle,classification,selection and design;and summarizes the matters needing attention such as selection and design;and focuses on the calculation formula of the total volume,regulating volume and effective volume of the pneumatic water tank in the water supply system of production,living,fire,etc;and enumerate the application cases.It can provide technical guidance for the application of pneumatic water supply equipment to the water supply system of iron and steel metallurgy industry.
