Mainly analyzes the related problems of 400000 tons of coke oven gas for methanol production project.The construction started in 2021 and put into use in July 2022.The gas cabinet is a dry gas cabinet,which is a gas container,stores coke oven gas,plays a buffer role and stabilizes the pressure and flow of coke oven gas at the inlet of the compressor.The purified coke oven gas enters the thin oil sealed dry gas cabinet with a volume of 50000 square meters.The sealed oil is sent from the pump room to the high oil tank and flows to the sealed oil tank.The dirty oil and the condensed water in the coke oven gas are collected together in the bottom oil tank,and then flows into the sewage collection tank for collection.The cause analysis and treatment measures of 50000 square gas cabinet solve the design and maintenance operation of coke gas cabinet,and lay a foundation for the safe and stable operation of coke oven gas dry gas cabinet.
