Research on the Application of HAZOP Analysis Technology in Chemical Process Safety Management
Some chemical enterprises have not yet established a comprehensive safety management system,or the content of the system is too general and lacks specific operability.This leads to unclear regulations and standards for safety operations among employees in practical work,which can easily lead to safety accidents.Therefore,this paper proposes the application research of HAZOP analysis technology in chemical process safety management.Firstly,use HAZOP analysis technology to divide chemical process nodes,determine their potential impact on the environment,and propose corresponding control measures.Secondly,take the CH4-CO2 catalytic reforming process as an example to calculate the deviation risk level of chemical processes.Finally,develop improvement measures for chemical processes to achieve the application of HAZOP analysis technology in chemical process safety management.The experimental results show that HAZOP analysis technology can effectively analyze various risks in chemical processes and propose corresponding measures.Therefore,it can be proven that through HAZOP analysis,potential hazards and harmful factors in chemical processes can be comprehensively identified and evaluated,and corresponding improvement measures can be proposed for these factors.
