噁唑烷酮以环氧化合物为起始原料,通过与CO2和胺类化合物反应一步合成,是一种极具经济价值和环境效益的路线.合成了一种大分子轮状离子液体催化剂,考察了催化剂的催化性能,并系统探究了反应条件对催化剂反应活性的影响.结果表明,大分子轮状离子液体催化剂可高效催化CO2与环氧丙烷和苯胺反应合成芳基噁唑烷酮,在优化的反应条件下(150℃,1 MPa,10 h),芳基噁唑烷酮的收率为87.8%,苯胺转化的选择性为97.1%,可循环使用3次以上.
The Study for Synthesis of a Macromolecule Colyliform Ionic Liquid and Catalysis for the Multicomponent Reactions of Aryl-Oxazolidinones from CO2 with Epoxides and Aniline
Oxazolidinone is synthesized by the multicomponent reaction of epoxides,CO2 and amines,which is a route of great economic value and environmental benefit.Herein,a catalyst of macromolecule colyliform ionic liquid was synthesized.This catalyst showed highly effect for the cycloaddition of CO2 with epoxides and aniline to aryl-oxazolidinones.Under the optimization condition(150℃,1 MPa,15 h),the selectivity was 97.1%,yield of aryl-oxazolidinones could reach above 87.8%,and can be used for three times.
