摘要

针对西北地区某煤化工新老装置用能情况,采用能量系统优化、低温位热量集成和装置热联合等方法,兼顾电、汽平衡,提升新老装置用能效率,实现节能减排、降本增效,助力企业转型升级.

Abstract

Aiming at the energy consumption of new and existing plants of a coal chemical industry in Northwest China,it adopts the methods of energy system optimization,low-temperature heat integration and heat union among units,taking into account the balance of electricity and steam,improving the efficiency of energy consumption of the new and old plants,achieving energy saving,emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency enhancement,and assisting the enterprise to transform and upgrade.
