Study on the Thermal Stability of co Formaldehyde During Efficient Extrusion Devolatilization Process
The article delves into the thermal stability of co formaldehyde.By analyzing the influence of the molecular structure and processing conditions of co formaldehyde on its thermal stability,this article proposes a series of methods to improve its thermal stability.The experiment used efficient extrusion equipment and monitored the extrusion devolatilization process.The thermal stability of the material was evaluated using thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and real-time online monitoring technology.The results indicate that the selection and proportion of additives have a significant effect on improving the thermal stability of co formaldehyde,and the adjustment of process parameters during the extrusion process is crucial for controlling volatile substances and improving thermal stability.The study also explored the mechanism of action and molecular chain stability of additives.Finally,this article summarizes the comprehensive evaluation of the thermal stability of co formaldehyde and proposes optimization strategies for controlling the thermal stability of extrusion devolatilization process,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the industrial application of co formaldehyde.
