The heating furnace is the main energy-consuming equipment for oil and gas gathering and transportation in the oilfield.In order to comprehensively,timely,and accurately grasp the working conditions of the heating furnace,a diagnosis plate has been drawn up,and a furnace condition optimization device has been designed and installed to monitor the operating conditions.An endoscopic flame monitoring system has also been installed to monitor the combustion conditions.These measures help form the economic operating standards for the heating furnace and provide evaluation indicators for management personnel.Guiding operators to control the operating parameters of the heating furnace reasonably will achieve efficient and economic operation.
