摘要

综述国内、国外柴油及蜡油加氢精馏组合工艺技术进展,以北方某加氢分馏装置、南方某一体化、洛阳某企业等柴油及蜡油加氢处理精馏组合工艺装置为例,对我国柴油及蜡油精馏组合工艺技术发展现状及发展趋势进行分析.面对20世纪90年代以来我国加氢产能大幅增长,工艺水平显著提高,但面对我国炼油工业面临的进口含硫原油加工量增加,环保要求日益严格,清洁燃料迫在眉睫,同时国际油价长期走高的形势,要求生产高档润滑油基础油等新形势仍不能满足需要,今后必须加快发展柴油加氢-精馏组合工艺,最大限度地将油品转化为清洁能源,不断提高我国加氢技术水平.

Abstract

The development of combined diesel oil and paraffin oil hydrodistillation technology at home and abroad is reviewed.The development status and trend of combined diesel oil and paraffin oil hydrodistillation technology in China are analyzed by taking a hydrogenation fractionation unit in north China,an integrated unit in south china and an enterprise in Luoyang as examples.It pointed out that in the face of the substantial growth of china's hydrogenation capacity since the 1990s,the process level has been significantly improved,but in the face of the increase in the processing volume of imported sour crude oil faced by China's refining industry,environmental protection requirements are increasingly strict,clean fuel is imminent,and international oil prices are rising for a long time,requiring the production of high-grade lubricating oil base oil and other new situations still cannot meet the needs.In the future,it is necessary to accelerate the development of diesel hydrogenation-rectification combined process,maximize the conversion of oil into clean energy,and constantly improve the level of hydrogenation technology in our country.
