摘要

以某企业涂装线沸石转轮-蓄热式焚烧炉(RTO)工程为研究对象,对其投产5年后的运行状况进行了检测和分析,分析数据得出:沸石转轮迎风面有较多高沸点物质沉积,转轮平均吸附容量已衰减为全新品的49%,RTO装置的净化效率存在较大波动.结合数据分析和评估结果,对本套废气治理装置在安全、环保、节能方面提出了改造和优化的方案,并对后续的设备运行维护和管理提出了相应建议,为类似企业环保工程的设计、建造、优化改造提供参考.

Abstract

A case of zeolite concentrator and regenerative thermal oxidizer was studied.This equipment was used for five years.The operation status was tested and analyzed.According to the results,there was a significant deposition of high boiling substances on the windward of the zeolite concentrator.The average adsorption capacity of zeolite was 49%of the new product.The volatile organic compounds(VOCs)concentration of RTO outlet flow fluctuated greatly.Based on the analysis results,renovation and optimization plans had been proposed on safety,environmental protection,and energy conservation.Suggestions had been made for the subsequent operation and maintenance.The above was for reference by other similar enterprises.
